2. Different definitions:

A. Hot dip galvanizing refers to the technology of metal surface treatment by plating a layer of zinc on the surface of metal materials, aluminum alloys or other raw materials, so as to have the effect of beautiful appearance and anti rust treatment.

B. According to the electrolytic method or organic chemical method in metal materials or some non-metallic materials inlaid with a layer of nickel, into nickel plating.

C. Chromium is a kind of silver metal material with deep blue color. According to the electrolytic method or organic chemical method, the metal material or some non-metallic material is inlaid with a layer of chromium to become stainless steel.

3. Different characteristics:

A. Hot dip galvanizing has low cost, general corrosion resistance and silver color.

C. There are two kinds of stainless steel. The former is used for decoration design, with bright appearance and good abrasion resistance. 4. The main uses are different

A. Hot dip galvanizing is used in screwdrivers, disconnectors, chemical products, etc.

B. Nickel plating is used in LED energy-saving lamp mouth, coins and so on.

C. Stainless steel used in household appliances, electronic devices and other goods on the bright decorative design, tap water, etc.

5. Different effects:

A. The strength relativity of nickel coating is high, which can improve the wear resistance of commodity surface. Electroless nickel plating is generally used in packaging and printing industry to improve the strength of the surface layer of lead.

B. Because zinc is not easy to oxidize in dry air, high density zinc carbonate plastic film can be produced on the surface layer in wet and cold air, which can reasonably maintain the internal erosion. This kind of plating method is very suitable for all kinds of strong alkali, alkali spray water and other strong etching natural environment.

C. The stainless steel coating is thin, bright and beautiful. It is generally used as the topmost layer of double layer electroplating process. For maintenance purposes, zinc base or steel plate must be coated with an inner layer of sufficient thickness, followed by a coating on a bright inner layer of 0.25-0.5.
